Julia Nesis was born in 1984 in Novorossiysk. In her work, Nesis combines simple, trivial materials with refined highly cultured images. The union of high and low, which came from the already distant aesthetics of pop art, is one of the indispensable norms of contemporary art, although in Russia it is not recognized by all artists, let alone art lovers and collectors.
